To promote and preserve the natural resource exploration industry of Nevada Why is this important? Exploration is one of the premier economic development segments of Nevada's economy.  Exploration brings in hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital annually.  The jobs the exploration industry creates are high paying, most of which are skilled professional and technical positions.
