PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

David R. Shaddrick holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc.. in Geology and is a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by NI 43-101. He is a specialist in metals deposits and exploration management with over forty five years of diverse hands-on and management experience ranging from exploration to mine operations. He has worked in multiple levels of exploration management and has served as an officer and director of both public and private companies. He has a solid background in exploration management, project evaluation, economic analysis, and feasibility studies.

Technically, Mr. Shaddrick has many field seasons of generative exploration and project work and many years as an underground and open pit mine geologist. He has special expertise in the Great Basin of the Western US and the Precambrian Shield areas of North America. He has a strong record of discovery and achievement as well as extensive experience in the business aspects of the mining industry. Mr. Shaddrick has discovered mines (Foly Ridge, SD), has designed, staffed, and managed programs that have discovered mines (Gold Bar, Gold Ridge et al, NV, Grassy Mountain, OR) as well as designed, staffed, and managed major predevelopment projects (Gold Bar Complex, NV, Golden Zone, AK). He has worked for major mining companies as a mine geologist, exploration geologist and project geologist in diverse geologic environments, geographic locations, and operating systems.

Mr. Shaddrick’s principal business is providing senior consulting services to the mining industry in the above areas. His consulting assignments have ranged from preliminary submittal evaluations to management of major development projects and established resource companies.
